Once an evaluation is created, an invitation is sent to participating employees via an e-mail that contains a link back to the survey. Clicking on that link takes each employee to the page where the survey is ready to be completed. If an invitation to complete a survey for a particular employee is declined, the person that initiated the survey will receive an e-mail notification. Because anonymity and confidentiality are protected, supervisors and co-workers will feel encouraged to provide honest feedback.

The Basics: What Does It Look Like?

When a user first logs into Primalogik 360, a welcome dashboard provides a step-by-step guide to help with basic setup and launching surveys. Clicking on the link in “Add users that belong to your organization” takes the user to a screen to begin the process of adding user accounts for every employee participating in the process.

Manage users

Here, managers can specify administrative privileges, as well as disable employees when they are no longer with the company. The system also provides the option of notifying the user once he or she has been added.

Adding an user

Editing questionnaires

The last step is launching a survey, a simple task. Find the desired employee in the “Surveys & Results” page and click on “New survey”.

Select a deadline, a questionnaire and some participants and the survey is ready to go (email invitations will be sent automatically).

A basic plan supporting organizations with up to 25 users is available for $79 a month. Larger organizations will require more robust plans, which start at $139 per month. Volume pricing is available for companies with more than 250 users.
