Primalogik 360 Review – Easily create employee evaluations
Employee evaluations are an important part of motivating and coaching employees. But the process can be time-consuming and, in the case of 360° feedback, complicated to organize, causing many managers to put off providing employee feedback altogether. With Primalogik 360, both managers and HR have a way to easily create employee evaluations and track the status of each. This Primalogik 360 review will look at how the app can help businesses improve staff training and ensure employees are motivated and fully informed about the job they’re doing.
Primalogik 360 Review – About the Company
Primalogik was founded by two web developers with the intention of addressing the overwhelming need for easy-to-use, affordable business applications. Because founders David Lévesque and Gabriel Dominguez Martin often work directly with businesses to provide software expertise, they’re in tune with the tools enterprises need today.
Main Functionality of Primalogik 360
Primalogik 360 automates the process of collecting feedback about employees across an enterprise. Within seconds of joining, businesses can begin creating surveys, thanks to the app’s pre-configuration. Users can customize the frequency of performance evaluations and add their own questions to fit their unique business model. For those who are challenged to come up with the right wording, Primalogik 360 offers a gallery filled with sample questions that can serve as inspiration.
Benefits of Using Primalogik 360
Businesses can choose whether to have managers create their own questions or allow the Human Resources department to create template surveys that all supervisors will be required to use. Once an evaluation is created, an invitation is sent to participating employees via an e-mail that contains a link back to the survey. Clicking on that link takes each employee to the page where the survey is ready to be completed. If an invitation to complete a survey for a particular employee is declined, the person that initiated the survey will receive an e-mail notification. Because anonymity and confidentiality are protected, supervisors and co-workers will feel encouraged to provide honest feedback.
The Basics: What Does It Look Like?
When a user first logs into Primalogik 360, a welcome dashboard provides a step-by-step guide to help with basic setup and launching surveys. Clicking on the link in “Add users that belong to your organization” takes the user to a screen to begin the process of adding user accounts for every employee participating in the process.
Clicking on “Add User” takes the user to a page where account information can be added.
Here, managers can specify administrative privileges, as well as disable employees when they are no longer with the company. The system also provides the option of notifying the user once he or she has been added.
Once the team has been built, users can configure review cycles for the 360 degree feedback surveys, supported languages and other global settings.
Once employees are in the system and settings have been configured, it’s time to create the first questionnaire. From the dashboard, the user can go to the “Manage Questionnaires” section.
Under “Edit Questionnaire,” multiple sample review criteria are included. These items can be deleted if they don’t fit an organization’s structure. Users have the option to create questions from scratch or copy some from the app’s gallery.
The last step is launching a survey, a simple task. Find the desired employee in the “Surveys & Results” page and click on “New survey”.
Select a deadline, a questionnaire and some participants and the survey is ready to go (email invitations will be sent automatically).
Throughout the app, a user is given the option to get help if it is needed. Support is also available via e-mail, phone and live chat.
A basic plan supporting organizations with up to 25 users is available for $79 a month. Larger organizations will require more robust plans, which start at $139 per month. Volume pricing is available for companies with more than 250 users.
Primalogik 360 Review – The Bottom Line
While employee feedback is an important part of employee performance management, it can easily be skipped by managers due to the difficult nature of compiling results and ensuring anonymity and confidentiality of results. Primalogik 360 seeks to make this process easier by creating forms pre-populated with the criteria many businesses use to evaluate employees. With built-in notifications and reminders, supervisors will have no excuse for skipping the review process.
